Sarah specialises in creating timeless and refined stationery for discerning clients with a signature style has a nod to the romance of a bygone era influenced by the nostalgia of faded ephemera & antique items. Combining calligraphy and hand-drawn illustrations with luxurious paper, classic typography and curated colour palettes, to create beautifully exquisite stationery for weddings & events.
She can create all elements of wedding stationery from save the dates through to invitation suites & on the day stationery including ceremony booklets, seating plan, place name cards, menus, reserved seating cards and thank you cards. Additional personalisation can be achieved through monograms, maps and custom venue illustrations. Sarah embraces artisan techniques such as calligraphy, letterpress & foil stamping and you can elevate your stationery with calligraphy-addressed envelopes, silk or velvet ribbons, vellum wraps or wax seals.
Sarah has worked with couples and wedding planners throughout the UK and overseas. As a result of her experience over the years, Sarah is knowledgeable when it comes to wedding stationery and offers a highly personalised consultative service. From advice on concept, etiquette, wording, papers, colour palettes, printing variations and finishing details; she will guide you through the process and help eliminate the overwhelm that so many couples experience. She often works directly with planners and suppliers (such as the venues and florists) to ensure a cohesive aesthetic to your day and a stress-free experience.

INVITATION SUITE DESIGN PROCESS
I. CONSULTATION
The invitation process begins with an opportunity to talk through your wedding and the vision you have for your wedding invitations. I will gain a better understanding of your invitation style, printing preference, and anything you will need to make your invitation suite perfect.
II. PROPOSAL, QUOTE, DEPOSIT INVOICE & CONTRACT
I will send you a tailored proposal with visuals for inspiration, pricing and a quote. If you would like to go ahead, I will send an invoice for 50% of the total cost as a deposit together with a contract to sign. Once your deposit payment has been received, you will receive a welcome email with next steps, timescales and instructions on how & when to submit your information. If a deposit isn’t received within 7 days the contract will be voided.
III. DESIGN
As I begin the design phase, I will take everything we discussed during your consultation and incorporate it into your invitation suite.
I will be on hand to expertly guide you through wording and etiquette.
IV. REVIEW & REFINE
Once the design of your invitation suite is complete, you will receive your first set of digital proofs. Together, we will carefully review your initial proofs to ensure everything is accurate & we will collaborate to achieve the perfect design you love. If you would like to make any changes, I will provide a second round of proofs based on your feedback. Further revisions will happen if necessary and will only incur a cost if changes are significantly different from the initial brief and design.
V. FINAL APPROVAL, PAYMENT & PRODUCTION
When you are 100% happy with your design, I will send you your final print ready proof for approval in order to send your items into production. It is important at this stage to check all spelling and information included as it cannot be changed once it is printed . After you approve your proofs and pay your final balance, your order will be scheduled for production. The printing and production of your invitation suite may take anywhere from two to eight weeks depending on the quantity, printing method and scope of your order.
VI. ASSEMBLY & DELIVERY
After receiving the completed printing, every order is carefully inspected, assembled and packaged before it leaves the studio.
VII. NEXT STAGE
Once sent to your guests and RSVPs have been received, we will then move onto the on the day stationery.
